First, the lamination unit bonds outer materials (kraft paper, aluminum foil, BOPP film, pearlized film) with inner bubble film; then, the folding unit shapes the laminated film into a mailer structure (with the bottom folded for sealing); finally, the edge-sealing unit seals the two sides and bottom simultaneously to form a tight three-seal mailer. Casted frames ensure low-noise operation, while the dual servo color tracking system avoids material deviation. It can produce three-seal versions of kraft paper bubble envelopes, aluminum foil laminated bubble envelopes, and EPE foam bubble envelopes—offering better leakproof and protective performance than two-seal mailers.
